What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your note. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your request, which usually means preparing your Reachable Buyer Map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use what you send for anything unrelated to the conversation you started.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Outbound Partners who are handling your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track how you move around these pages. The only outside resource the pages load is the typeface they are set in.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to angela.rutledge@outboundpartners.co, or send a note through the form on our contact page. If you reply to any message from us with the word stop, we will not contact you again.
